WITHDRAWAL/RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you have the right to return it within 30 days without providing any reason for the return.

The 30-day return period begins when:

- you (or someone you’ve designated, other than the carrier) receive your goods;
- when you receive the last item in your order if it was shipped in separate parcels;
- or when you receive the last part of your order if it was delivered in multiple shipments.

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Notify us of the return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us with a clear statement (for example, by email or letter) that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You can use the sample withdrawal form listed below for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it’s enough to send your notice before the 30-day period expires.

Step 2: Return your order

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we’ll refund all payments made, including the original delivery costs (except any extra costs for a non-standard delivery method you chose).

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method you used for your order — unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold your refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that you’ve sent them back.

You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Please send the items to the address provided above.

You’re responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns that cannot be sent by regular shipping (e.g., bulky items) may cost up to €25 to return.

Please ensure that the goods are in their original condition. You’re only liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling that goes beyond what’s necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
